At POWERCUT, we want you to train with total confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all high-performance gear. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
